A FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS WITH GIO BARTOLOMEO
A free 60-minute masterclass on what it really takes to become a certified breathwork facilitator: the inner work, the method, and the honest paths people take to get there.
If you’ve felt the pull toward this work, toward leading and facilitating and holding space for other people’s breakthroughs, you’ve probably also hit the wall right behind it. You don’t know where to start. And part of you wonders whether you’re even the kind of person who gets to do this.

You know the feeling. You’re in a meeting, on a walk, somewhere ordinary, and the same quiet thought comes back: this isn’t it. Not because your life is bad. Often it’s good. But something underneath keeps pointing you somewhere else. Toward work that actually changes people. Toward a life where what you do and who you are finally line up.
Most people never say the next part out loud, even to themselves: I think I’m meant to do this.
Not “I want to.” Not “I should.” Meant to. If that thought has ever crossed your mind, even quietly, you’re further into this than you realize. Almost everyone who ends up walking this path felt the same pull long before they took a single step.

Here’s the part most training skips. You’re not only learning breathwork. You’re becoming an embodied transformational leader. Someone whose presence holds a room steady. Someone people feel safe enough around to finally let go.
That’s not something you get from a manual. It comes from doing the work yourself first. Before you ever guide another person, you walk through the same transformation you’ll one day lead them through. You don’t just understand the method. You live it. And people can feel the difference when they’re in front of someone who has.
Your story becomes part of the work. Your presence is what makes the breathwork land. The technique is the tool. You are what makes it matter.
What if becoming that person isn’t on the other side of learning more… but on the other side of your own transformation? Is it time to step up and answer the call?
Most certifications teach you how to breathe. The patterns, the techniques, how to get someone into an open, relaxed state. That matters, and we teach it well. But getting someone open is only the first step. It’s where change begins, not where it happens.
What we teach next is what to do once that door is open. It’s called the Elemental Rhythm Transformation System™. Four phases, and you’ll walk through every one of them yourself before you ever lead another person through them.
The breathwork that quiets the busy, analytical mind and brings someone to the doorway. Specific patterns, breath holds, and curated music, woven together until they tap in.
Once the door is open, you reach the layer where the real patterns live, and help bring clear awareness to what’s been holding them back.
You work with the story of how someone got here, then connect it to where they want to go, so the change has somewhere to land.
You turn one powerful session into a lasting shift, carried into everyday life long after the breathing ends.
This is the difference between relief and transformation. Any breathwork can calm a busy mind for an hour. This system is how you help someone change something they’ve carried for years

This isn’t a 60-minute pitch with an offer at the end. It’s a real training, built around a live breathwork session you’ll do with Gio. You’ll walk away with something real whether or not you ever take it further.
You won’t have to decide anything by the end of the hour. But you’ll know, with real clarity, what you’d be deciding about.

You don’t have to choose your path before you walk through the work. Here’s what it’s looked like for three people who started where you are.

I moved out west to really change my life. I ended up doing an ayahuasca ceremony, and it really, really changed what I thought of what I wanted to do.
Daniyl came out of plant-medicine work and saw breathwork as the legal, accessible path to the same depth. He left his old life, moved across the country, and built a new one around this work.

The leap path

I started facilitating breathwork while I was still doing hair. Just a session here, a session there. Then it grew. Then I opened my studio.
Lisa was a hairstylist in Ohio. She added facilitating alongside her existing work, a session at a time, until it grew into a studio of her own. The timing was hers, not the program’s.

The hybrid path

I have no plans to leave my job. The certification serves me completely the way I’m using it.
Karina is an executive at a large company, and still is. She leads sessions a few times a month, has built a real community around the work, and gets something from it her career can’t give her.

The integration path
The work changes you. You can probably already feel that. But a few other things grow over time, too.
Most people drawn to this work do it alone. Friends don’t quite get it. Family changes the subject. In a cohort, you’re suddenly around people who speak the same language you’ve been speaking by yourself. A lot of those friendships last for years.
Our cohorts mix corporate professionals, coaches, healers, clinicians, and yoga teachers. Graduates end up leading retreats together and building work with people they’d never have met otherwise.
When the work is real, you stop chasing clients. People start coming to you, because they can feel the difference in how you show up.
The certification is 16 weeks, but it’s really just the start. Graduates can continue into our integration coaching program and stay part of the work long after the cohort ends. For most, breathwork becomes the thread that runs through everything that comes next.

We don’t sell fantasy. The certification is real, and so is the commitment. Here’s the truth.
What if becoming that person isn’t on the other side of learning more… but on the other side of your own transformation? Is it time to step up and answer the call?

You’ve got bills. You’re allowed to ask, and we won’t pretend the answer doesn’t matter.
The honest version: yes, people do, and how much varies a lot depending on the path you choose, the work you put in, and the market you serve. Some graduates build full-time practices over a few years. Some start small alongside an existing job and let it grow into the main thing. Some lead a few sessions a month and never plan to leave their career, because for them the work pays back in community and meaning as much as money.
We won’t tell you which one will be true for you, because we honestly don’t know. That depends on you, your effort, your market, and timing. What we can tell you is that all of them are real, none is sold as a guarantee, and we’ll never hand you an income fantasy to get you in the door.

Gio is the founder of Elemental Rhythm. He's spent over a decade developing a breathwork-based transformation methodology now used by certified facilitators across multiple countries, with practitioners in coaching, therapy, healthcare, yoga, and somatic work.
His approach uses breathwork as the foundational tool to bypass the conscious mind and reach the layers where real change happens… combined with awareness, nervous-system regulation, somatic facilitation, and integration coaching. Built to be safe, trauma-informed, and integrated with the work you already do.
He'll teach this masterclass live and answer your questions in real time.

The training is free. The 15-minute breathwork session is real. And the only conversation we want to have with you is about who you’re becoming when you do this work yourself.
Whether or not you ever enroll, you’ll leave these 60 minutes knowing something about that you didn’t know walking in.
